At the Engineering department we are fully focused on developing our own tech platform. New features are implemented and old ones are improved. We also make sure that everything runs and that upgrades are carried out smoothly.

All of us have a genuine love of technology and keep abreast of the latest developments, to make sure that we can benefit from new technical opportunities and new methods. We have an agile approach and a tight collaboration between Software Engineers and DevOps Engineers. One thing we have in common is our love of JavaScript.

One of the best things for us Engineers is that we get to use our own product for internal communication. With each new release we can see all our hard work come to fruition and directly benefit from it ourselves. This gives us that little bit of extra motivation to really create the best possible communication and collaboration platform.
